Christmas in the Bay
All-Ages Colouring Contest 2025

PCAAS is connecting kids, families, and art again this year with our 5th annual All-Ages Colouring Contest, part of the Christmas in the Bay celebrations.
Christmas in the Bay is a family-friendly one-day event happening this year on Saturday, November 22 (with a rain date of November 29). Between November 5 and 30, community members are invited to either download or pick up the colouring sheet for their age group. Colouring sheets can be downloaded from this website or picked up at the St. Margaret’s Bay Community Enterprise Centre, 5229 St. Margaret’s Bay Road, Unit 1, Upper Tantallon. The centre is open 9am-4pm weekdays. You can also pick up colouring sheets at the centre during Christmas in the Bay, 10am-5pm.
Colouring-contest entries submitted to Community Enterprise Centre by the deadline are eligible to be assessed by a panel of judges/artists, with prizes being awarded in various age categories. This year’s submission deadline is Tuesday, December 2, with judging taking place on Friday, December 5. Winners will be notified by phone that afternoon/evening. Visit the Christmas in the Bay Facebook page anytime after November 15 to check out the prizes.
The colouring sheets feature original art created by PCAAS member artists. This year, Jillian Book created the art for the two younger groups and Amy Nemeth created the art for the two older age groups.
Rules for entering the contest:
- Entries must be submitted in paper copy only. Electronic versions will not be accepted.
- Participants are welcome to use pencils, paint, markers, crayons or pastels, or a combination of two or more of those.
- All entries should have the first and last names and age of participants, as well as a daytime phone number. Please do not put that information on the front of the colouring sheet.
