Hello everyone!
We’re excited to announce that our Opening Night reception will take place on July 9, 2025, from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. at Hubbard’s Barn (57 Hwy, Nova Scotia Trunk – the same location as the Hubbard’s Market). It’s the perfect way to kick off this year’s festival!
For the most part, the event will run similarly to last year.
Art Show & Sale
- Members may submit up to 3 pieces, with a combined size no larger than 1,800 square inches.
- All hangable work must have a wire on the back.
- Bring an easel if your piece is 24” or larger in either dimension.
- For 3D works (wood, clay, glass, jewelry, etc.), please bring a display stand.
Register your artwork using the registration form by June 30. REGISTRATION IS CLOSED NOW.

Art Drop-Off & Pick-Up
- Drop off your artwork at the barn on July 9 between 10:30 a.m. and noon.
- If you can’t make it, please arrange for a friend or fellow artist to drop it off (we call this the “artpool”).
- Volunteers will receive and hang your work. Please be prompt so we can display everything properly.
- Unsold work must be picked up that night at 9:30 p.m. by you or someone you assign.
Sales & Proceeds
- Artists receive 80% of each sale; 20% goes to PCAAS.
- Payments will be issued the following week.
Silent Auction & Door Prize
Last year’s baskets were a hit. Thank you! This year, we’ll have:
- One large basket as a door prize
- Several smaller baskets for a silent auction (with proceeds going to the local food bank)
We welcome small donations to include in the baskets. Please bring them along with your art on the morning of the event.
Bonus: Art Purchase Prize
There will be a $150 grand prize toward the purchase of any artwork at the Opening Reception—how exciting!
