As part of the many activities that make up the PCAAS calendar for June and July, there are two group exhibition opportunities to which all PCAAS members are invited to submit. Submission deadline for both shows is June 30th.
This section is only for those artists who want to display their art at Opening night Exhibition at Hubbard Barn on July 8th. All PCAAS members are invited to participate in the Opening Night exhibition on July 8th at the Hubbards Barn. Artists are invited to submit up to three pieces for the show. Total space per person is 1,800 square inches. For example, one large piece (36" x 48"), or two or three smaller pieces would be acceptable. Three-dimensional works (sculpture, textile, jewelry, etc.) are also acceptable. Sizes must be reasonable for the limited space available.
Opening Night First Artwork SubmissionMembers may submit up to three pieces (maximum 1,800 square inches in total).
This section is only for those artists who want to display their art at July Members' Show at Community Enterprise Centre that runs between July 2-31. All PCAAS members are invited to exhibit one piece of art for this show. Large pieces cannot be accommodated in this venue. Maximum size is 500 square inches.

By submitting this form, you are accepting the terms of this release.*Participants must be current members of the PCAAS.*All artwork must be ready to hang (wired) or place on a table.*Each work must be accompanied by a completed Artist Information Form (taped on the back). Artists are encouraged to attach a bio or business card on the back.*Every care will be taken in handling artworks. However, the PCAAS assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to any items delivered to, or displayed at, the Opening Reception or the Community Enterprise Centre
*ALL SALES at the Opening Night Event will be 80% to the artist and 20% to the PCAAS.
*ALL SALES at the July Members' Exhibit at the CEC will go 100% to the artist.
