Jessica was born and raised in Nova Scotia. She is an Ecologist, Wildlife Biologist, artist, adventure guide, Indigenous ally, cycle breaker and mental health advocate. After 15 years in the Environmental Management sector she is now switching gears, focusing on bringing the interconnections between art/ nature therapy, mental health, community resiliency, and environmental sustainability, to the mainstream.
