Art By Julia, Julia Festa is a local artist who lives in Shad Bay, NS. She picked up her first brush over 23 years ago. She is mostly self-taught and has taken several art classes over the years, instructed by established local artists. Julia continues to enjoy painting mostly with oil and some in water color, capturing Nova Scotia’s natural beauty and working on a variety of themes including sea and landscapes
