Paulette is a landscape and abstract painter who enjoys nature and is concerned about the fragility of the environment. Her inspiration comes from her Acadian background and her surroundings where she lives on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.
Paulette is originally from Scoudouc, NB. Her background includes a B.Sc. in biology, a B.Ed. and an M.Ed. Always interested in art, her art education began in high school, then continuing education classes at the NS College of Art and Design after moving to Halifax in 1985 for work. Paulette has been showing her work since 2008 and has had a number of solo shows. Her work can be found at Argyle Fine Art, Halifax; Voice Fine Art, Truro; Going Coastal Fine Art, Chester or; at her studio by appointment.
