Elise creates sculptural and wearable art using wool, silk and other natural fibres. Drawn to the sea and forest, her focus in felting is for interesting texture, form and colour.
Elise Campbell is a fibre artist who gets lost in ocean spray and tiny fungi. She works with wool and other natural fibres to create soft sculptures and wearable art. Elise is continually learning and growing in the world of felting; she enjoys sharing her creations and process. She is a PAINTS artist and recent recipient of a CCA grant. Her pieces have been awarded Distinguished Artist, Best Emerging Artist and People’s Choice Award.
